Dental Office | Full-Time | Starting at $20/hr (Based on Experience)

About the Role

Our growing dental office is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’ll be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team—making sure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from their first call to their final visit.

Office & Schedule Details

Patient Hours:

• Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

This position requires arriving approximately 30 minutes before opening and staying about 30 minutes after closing to prepare for the day and complete end-of-day tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
• Managing phone calls, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Verifying dental insurance, reviewing benefits, and understanding EOBs
• Explaining treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
• Using dental software and technology efficiently (we’re tech-forward!)
• Posting and interacting on our social media platforms
• Communicating effectively with doctors, hygienists, and teammates
• Keeping patient records accurate and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a dental office (especially with insurance & EOBs)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• A friendly, personable communicator patients enjoy working with
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
• A true team player with a positive attitude
