Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with 12+ years of experience in selling software services to enterprises in the USA region . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development and cloud solutions, along with a proven track record of building and growing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts for VVDN’s IT Services/ Software Services in the USA market.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CDOs, VPs, Directors) at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and delivery, to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, including market trends, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent VVDN at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase the company’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12+ years of proven experience in business development within the software services industry , with a focus on B2B sales in the USA market.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT Services/ software development , and cloud platforms .
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in building and managing long-term client relationships.
