A role in **Construction** means being part of a team that brings ideas to life for our guests and team members across the country. As a Director of Construction, you will lead teams that oversee the execution and support of construction projects supporting our Global Supply Chain and Logistics work. Projects include large program rollouts, unique special projects, remodels and large ground-up construction across Target’s portfolio of buildings. You’ll set deployment strategies that enable projects to finish on time and on budget. While the projects will evolve based on the needs of the business; your key goals include: Core responsibilities of this job may change at any time in the event of evolving business needs.4-year degree or equivalent experience 10 years of Construction or Developer experience specifically in project managementPreferred experience with construction of industrial or supply chain facilitiesDemonstrated leadership experience building and leading inclusive, and engaged teams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present across various leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment through curiosity and comfort to test, learn and iterate.Demonstrated ability to develop and translate strategy to action.
