Job Description: The Nowpay Sales Director is required to drive significant growth of business through a multi-channel approach targeting direct relationship, referral, distributor/reseller and other related technology and service partners. Main focus in building new channel pipelines as well as strengthening existing partnerships to extend Nowpay's reach and revenue. This position reports to The Senior Vice President of Nowpay. The Nowpay Sales Director will be responsible for understanding our Servicing, Software & platform that we offer our partners. Having a firm understanding on both is necessary to be successful in this role. Furthermore, this position will work very closely with Marketing and internal Sales teams. One of the primary responsibilities of this position will be to conduct market research on the different consumer finance verticals and make recommendations on where Nowpay can gain market share. This research can be conducted by attending conferences, SWOT analysis, speaking with industry leaders, online review of competition, and creating a market entry strategy. After the first 6 months of employment, this role will require a self-starter mentality as the position will take a more independent day-to-day routine. The average sales cycle for this product can be on average 3 – 8 months. Understanding this is fundamental for long-term success in this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop relationships with new channel partners. Maximize sales through existing channel relationships. Leverage internal & external resources to effectively position Nowpay's value proposition. Generate passion and enthusiasm within our partner community, fostering a desire to promote, prioritize and sell Nowpay solutions. Coordinate go-to-market plans, including partner communications, joint marketing, sales training, sales incentives, lead qualification and referral process, and associated reporting. Engage with new and existing channel partners to set, achieve and exceed ARR targets by developing and executing annual sales plans. Champion the channel program internally to drive focus and appropriate level of investment in Product and Marketing. Work as part of the sales team to assist in negotiating and closing channel deals. Work cross-functionally and with Sales Management, Solution Consulting, Product Management, Marketing and Legal to ensure continued growth of the business. Achieve annual ARR quota through well-documented quarterly progress. Participate in monthly performance reviews with direct management and quarterly reviews with department management. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and adhere to all corporate policies.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years sales management experience leading a team 5 years + of sales, marketing experience. High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams What is our pay plan? Compensation: Base : $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus : $140,000 6-Month = $39,000 Month 1-6: $5,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
