They are looking for a Director of Sales who can:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales staff to enhance their performance and skills
Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher
Proven track record of success in Hotel Sales
