Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to be part of our team! This role goes beyond dishwashing duties; you may also assist with various prep and kitchen tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean kitchen and keep the dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Set up dishwashing stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Ensure floors are clean and dry throughout your shift.
• Wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers properly.
• Change water in machines and sinks every two hours, or more frequently as needed, while correctly using chemical dilutions.
• Assist with the timely storage of food deliveries.
• Maintain trash cans during your shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Organize the dry storage area and keep storage shelves tidy.
• Follow the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Support the chef with any additional tasks as required.
