Job Description: Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC
Dispatcher for their main office in
Rochester, NY . The dispatcher will interact directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and facilitating prompt and accurate service.
This position will be IN-PERSON at our Rochester office. Please note the schedule/hours listed for the position: - Monday: 8am-7pm

- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 8am-7pm
- Saturday: 8am-7pm
- Sunday: 8am-7pm

Responsibilities: - Dispatch residential HVAC service efficiently and accurately utilizing various technology, including GPS, Service Titan, phone systems, and more.
- Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Continually update service writers with the availability of dates and time frames
- Implement reschedules and limit the number of calls when necessary
- Schedule technician training
- Absorb and utilize industry technical knowledge
- Manage and document technician sick days and vacation requests
- Assist in covering branches and commercial dispatching.
- Schedule vehicle repairs and oil changes
- Perform dispatching duties for partner companies
Job Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Prior dispatch experience preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
