Job Description:
As a Dutch Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the Netherlands. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in Dutch
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Willingness to relocate to Mosta, Malta with relocation assistance provided
