Talent Corps is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in the NOVA area ! We're looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and motivated to lead crews on dynamic commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations on assigned job sites
• Serve as the main contact for the General Contractor’s field superintendent
• Track tools, materials, and job site inventory
• Coordinate and schedule job site training, safety meetings, and inspections
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
• Interpret and implement shop drawings for overhead and underground systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman
• Must be Bilingual
• Ability to manage and lead crews of 25+ team members
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Effective communicator and team player with a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation and valid ID for E-Verify
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift 50+lbs, and work in varying temperatures
• OSHA 10 required ( OSHA 30 preferred)

Experience With

• Installing and managing conduit systems (above and underground)
• Transformer pads, vaults, lighting controls, and low voltage wiring
• Laying out shop drawings for slab and overhead installations
• Demonstrated leadership and safety-first mindset
