Kolb Electric is seeking experienced, well qualified Service and Service Project Electricians to join our thriving team in each of our Baltimore Metro Area Office - Serving Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Northern Prince George's and Harford Counties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Competency in electrical duties
· Basic code compliant wiring
· Circuits and lighting
· Site & LED lighting
· Cooperative Interaction with Fellow Employees
· Ability to keep a neat personal appearance and a neat vehicle
· Leadership by Action
· Troubleshooting
· Ability to read prints or schematics
· Perform work safely and conscientiously
· Maintain accurate and detailed records
Requirements:
· Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management electrical environments
· Professional license Required
· Background and drug screen required
· Positive attitude
· Professional appearance
Qualifications
- Electrical experience, including working with schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
- Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial & property management service
