* *Job Summary*
* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Working Supervisor will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

*Duties*
* Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
* Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
* Enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.
* Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.

*Requirements.*
* 10 Years of combined Electrical Experience, at least 5 in a supervisory role, must be able to deliver commercial and light industrial projects up to roughly 2,000,00,000 in value, maintain crew of 3 to 6 less experienced workers and apprentices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
