Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5 mechanics.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of electromechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, with a focus on Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Ladder Logic.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall production processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance and repair.
• Strong proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, especially with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Ladder Logic.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
