About the Role

TrendSpider is an all-in-one trading platform built for active traders and investors, combining advanced charting, automated analysis, backtesting, and market scanning into one workspace. We help traders find, validate, and act on their edge with less guesswork and more structure.

Were looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to help plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns across both customer and non-customer audiences. Youll manage email creation from end to end building, testing, scheduling, reporting and play a key role in driving engagement, education, and conversion across TrendSpiders user base.

What Youll Do

• Build, design, and deploy marketing emails using tools like Mailchimp
• Manage customer and non-customer communication streams, including:
  • Onboarding and education flows
  • Product updates and feature launches
  • Promotions, sales, and events
  • Newsletters and content-driven sends
• Set up and maintain automation flows (welcome, winback, trial nurture, upgrade prompts, etc.)
• Segment audiences by lifecycle stage, behavior, and campaign needs
• QA every send to ensure accuracy and consistency (links, device rendering, tracking, subject lines, send times)
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams on priorities, calendars, and campaign goals
• Track and report performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) and propose data-driven improvements
• Maintain email templates, assets, and naming conventions for a clean, scalable system

What You Bring

Proven experience building and sending emails independently.

• Proficiency with Mailchimp or similar email platforms
• Strong writing skills clear, concise, on-brand copy for customers and prospects
• Basic design and layout ability for email content
• Understanding of email marketing best practices (list hygiene, deliverability, testing)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity or passion for trading, investing, or financial markets
