We’re looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a difference while gaining hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and public relations .
As an Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in helping our events run smoothly and successfully. Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
Greeting and engaging with event attendees and donors
Sharing information about nonprofit missions and community programs
Supporting the event management team with daily operations
Helping track engagement results and ensuring a positive guest experience
Collaborating with team members to achieve campaign goals
