We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for event planning. As an Event Coordinator, you will assist in organizing and executing various events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. You'll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and successfully, providing support to the event management team from concept to completion.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events, including conferences, meetings, trade shows, and social events.
• Work closely with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event logistics are handled efficiently.
• Assist in managing event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and manage RSVPs.
• Handle administrative duties such as managing event databases, sending invitations, and processing invoices.
• Provide on-site support during events to manage guest services and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of event management tools, software, or platforms is a plus (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
