We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the events industry who are ready to kick-start their careers. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings

Pay range: $18.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of events from inception to completion.
• Support event planning by conducting research and gathering relevant information.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event needs are met.
• Assist in the preparation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized.
• Help manage guest registrations and provide on-site support during events.
• Collect feedback from attendees and provide reports to improve future events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
