📍 Location: Coral Gables (Hybrid possible based on weekly activity)

🕒 Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire

💰 Salary Range: $220K - $240K+ (depending on the book of business)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with an established book of business to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting estate planning documents and advising clients on asset protection, tax planning, and wealth preservation . This role offers an opportunity to work with a prestigious firm while providing high-level legal counsel to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives , and other estate planning documents.
• Provide legal guidance on tax-efficient estate planning and charitable giving strategies.
• Assist clients with probate, estate administration, and trust modifications.
• Develop business succession plans and high-net-worth estate strategies.
• Stay updated on Florida estate laws to ensure compliance and strategic planning.
• Manage and grow your existing book of business within the firm.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida (must be in good standing).
• Proven experience in estate planning, probate, and asset protection .
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, trusts, and elder law .
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LL.M. in Taxation or CFP certification is a plus.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate structures .
• Familiarity with estate planning software and digital legal tools.
