Arrow Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will be pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing all global industry events, conferences, and Arrow-hosted events across SiliconExpert, Converge, and Arrow Global Supply Chain Solutions. The Event Manager will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with the broader marketing strategy.

What Youll Be Doing

• Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the annual marketing goals and objectives.
• Event Management: Manage the global event calendar, coordinate logistics, oversee webinars, event registration, and vendor relationships; manage and order promotional items; handle invoice payments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align event promotion with email campaigns, social media, and advertising; collaborate with sales and marketing for lead tracking and post-event follow-up.
• Performance Measurement: Track and analyze event ROI and attendee engagement to refine strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple events, develop detailed plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Communication & Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for event activities and coordinate across teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a global or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with webinar platforms, CRM tools, and event management software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to measure event performance and ROI.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday work from home.

Compensation

$98,900.00 - $115,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
