This is a fulltime position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters 5-days a week.
Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, budget, and follow-up of marketing events.
Lead project management of event deliverables including production, design, speakers, content, and sponsorships.
Spearhead promotional initiatives both internally and externally to drive awareness and engagement.
Be accountable for event registration and attendance metrics, and optimize accordingly.
Coordinate onsite staff schedules, travel logistics, and roles/responsibilities.
Serve as the primary logistical and technical lead during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time.
Stay on top of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance impact.
Manage multiple event programs simultaneously across formats and audiences.
3+ years of experience in event planning and management, ideally in B2B environments.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful events from start to finish.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable managing tactical execution while juggling multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Resourceful, self-starting mindset and collaborative team spirit.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
HubSpot familiarity.
Experience at a Series A or B SaaS startup.
