Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our growing service team. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!
Assign repair orders efficiently based on technician skill level, availability, and job complexity
Maintain a steady workflow by monitoring job progress and technician productivity
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction
Assist in balancing shop capacity and meeting daily service targets
Communicate effectively with all service department staff
2+ years of dispatching experience in a dealership or high-volume service center
Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and technician capabilities
Clear, professional communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency with scheduling and repair order management systems
