A prestigious global law firm with large offices in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to provide critical conflict. In this role, you will research and analyze complex situations to identify and resolve potential legal conflicts. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct research using various search engines and platforms. Analyze complex reports, highlighting potential conflicting issues. Review engagement letters, new matter details, and various communications to ensure compliance. Assist with special projects and presentations. Work independently to ensure conflicts are addressed and resolved appropriately. You have at least four (4) or more years of law firm experience working within a conflicts department. Technically skilled. You can expertly navigate the applications of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as document and records management software programs. Professional. You display strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload. Analytical problem-solver. You can analyze complex information and situations to pinpoint potential legal conflicts and work to develop solutions.
