Experienced Tax Preparer

Moorehead Cheek, PLLC is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing personal and business income tax returns and will have a strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Tax Preparer will primarily be responsible for the collection of tax documents from clients, the organization of tax return workpapers, and the preparation income tax returns. This position requires the tax preparer to communicate with and establish meaningful relationships with our valued clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience tax preparation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
