We are seeking an entry-level Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience servicing and repairing agricultural machinery. We are open to training entry-level technicians as well. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and effectively. The technician will work closely with customers to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment to the highest standards. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and personable with a strong work record, good communication skills, and a passion for working with people Must own your own set of tools

Level I Fundamental Technician $30,000 - 41,000 yearly

Level II Professional Technician $41,000 - $51,000

Level III Master Technician $51,000 +

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40-hour weeks guaranteed + OT daily and on some weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in agricultural equipment, including but not limited to machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of agricultural equipment.
• Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
• Interpret and work from schematics to understand equipment layouts and systems.
• Service agricultural equipment as required.
• Lift, suspend, and transmit heavy components safely during repair processes.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for customer reference.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the agricultural sector is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various tools and machinery safely.
• Familiarity with schematics, fabrication techniques, and troubleshooting methods is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

• Mechanical knowledge

• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
