Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team!

1. Conducting detailed financial analyses and delivering insights on business performance, market trends, and financial risks.
2. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and comparing them against actual results to identify variances.
3. Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
4. Collaborating with various teams to understand and analyze key business drivers.
5. Presenting financial findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
7. Participating in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years finance/accounting experience.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
