About the Opportunity:
We’re hiring Flight Nurses in Sierra Vista, AZ, to deliver life-saving care during critical transports. As part of our elite medical flight team, you’ll work with advanced technology and dedicated professionals at the forefront of air medical operations. Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, advanced care for critically ill or injured patients in air and ground transport.
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments.
• Accurately document patient care and billing.
• Communicate effectively with teams, patients, and partners.
• Stay current through training, education, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona RN license.
• 3+ years critical care/ER experience (5 preferred).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, plus TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP/instructor preferred).
• CFRN within 24 months.
• Ability to meet weight (<235 lbs), lifting, physical, and drug screening requirements.
• Strong communication skills; flight/transport experience preferred.
