What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of manufacturing and forklift experience within the last 3 years
• Experience with clamp or reach trucks is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills
• Demonstrated stable work history
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 55 to 65 pounds repetitively
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, changing every two weeks:
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do As A Forklift Operator:

• Monitor the status of the posts
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts
• Verify pallets using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Pick and store verified pallets in the warehouse
• Supply and remove empty and partial pallets
• Supply poles and remove defective pallets of poles to designated areas
• Complete off-loading and loading of poles
• Change forklift batteries on loader forklifts as needed
• Consolidate pallets from one location to another
• Print and update relocation reports throughout the shift
• Manage bin inventory to ensure over 30 bins are continuously available for pallet storage
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
