Position: Forklift Operator
Location: Mississauga
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Shift premiums may apply)
Shifts Available:
Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts available (subject to company needs)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Forklifts: Safely operate various types of forklifts, including Counterbalance.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or shipping areas.
Inventory Management: Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS/SAP) to track and update inventory.
Organization: Stack and store products in designated areas with accuracy and care.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and report any issues or malfunctions.
Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
General Warehouse Duties: Assist with case picking, order fulfillment, and other warehouse tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience.
Certifications: Valid forklift license (In-house is not accepted).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (SAP, WMS).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor as needed.
Safety-Focused: Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance.
Dependability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
Additional Assets:
Experience with slip sheets, clamp attachments, or loading/unloading flatbed trucks, Raymond Reach, Crown Reach, and Cherry Pickers.
International shipping and container freight experience.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Comfortable working around alcohol products (where applicable).
