Job Skills Required:
- Manages day-to-day operations.
- Oversees scheduling needs and ensuring time is clocked accurately using an application to manage this.
- Utilize skills and knowledge from previous cleaning and detailing experience.
- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high productivity.
- Assist in training and guiding cleaning staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and operational managers.
- Handle and operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages.
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting
- Must pass extensive background check
- Have reasonable driving record and reliable transportation
- Must provide three strong references to support successful experience
- DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 30 per week
