Job Description
Jamie's Bottle Shop is a high end retail wine store with a dine-in option. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and someone who has an interest in wine. There will be a lot of learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations of Store: staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
Oversee inventory management and ordering of restaurant goods and supplies. Our inventory management will be done through the Toast POS.
Ensure seamless coordination between front of house and back of house operations for timely and efficient service.
Supervise and train front of house staff to maintain high standards of professionalism.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly respond to inquiries, concerns, or complaints to ensure exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with the management team to develop revenue-increasing strategies such as promotions, upselling techniques and special events.
Conduct regular meetings with the front of house staff to communicate updates and address any issues.
Coordinating and organizing events from conception to completion with the team at Jamie’s. This includes scheduling & planning for the events, as well as having events staffed appropriately and supplied correctly with food.
