Graphic Design Marketing Intern
Catalyze Partners is seeking a talented and motivated graphic design intern to join our marketing department for the Fall semester. The intern will work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality visual content for various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role interfaces with executives of start-up companies across various industries, providing exceptional opportunities for autonomous creative projects. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior college student majoring in graphic design or a related field with a strong design portfolio and a passion for creating compelling and innovative designs.

Reports to: Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content, such as graphics, animation and video for various marketing initiatives, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and print materials.
· Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, infographics, and other print and digital collateral.
· Assist in the development and execution of brand identity and marketing strategies.
· Research and analyze design trends and best practices to inform design decisions.
· Take direction and incorporate feedback from the marketing team to refine designs and meet project goals.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Must be entering junior or senior of college and majoring in graphic design or a related field.
· Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects a plus.
· Familiarity with design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Availability to work at least 15 hours/week.
· Applicants must be local to Dallas.
