The Graphic Designer works under general supervision to develop print, video and digital marketing and communications materials for the Iowa Bankers Association and its affiliates by performing the following duties.

• Graphic Design Management:
  Coordinates, designs and manages the production of print, video and digital materials to support IBA and affiliate companies, including, but not limited to designs for websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, motion graphics and other communication and marketing materials, such as the IBA by the numbers annual report, BUILD materials, Scenes of Iowa Calendar, Mid-Winter Management conference event flyer, Annual Convention logo and animation, regional meeting flyers, Iowa Directory of Financial Institutions, legislative directory, IBIS Annual Renewal Booklet, and other insurance and mortgage marketing materials.
• Brand Identity Management:
  Develops and manages corporate branding style guides. Manages corporate logo designs and imagery, maintains logo and image files and ensures proper use of logos and design elements in materials for the IBA and its affiliate companies.
• Advertising Management:
  Lead for creating and maintaining IBA and affiliate companies' ads for use in publications and digital media. Reviews logos submitted by associate members for size and quality.
• Material Inventory Maintenance:
  Maintains and fulfills requests for marketing and communications materials inventory, including business cards, stationary logoed and promotional items, etc.
• Video: Edits videos for IBA and affiliate companies including color adjustments, timing, transitions and audio editing. Creates motion graphics as needed for videos such as lower thirds, intros and outros. Creates short animated videos.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

Required Work Experience: Three to five years related experience and/or training in graphic, production or electronic design; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technology Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat
