Merchants Bank is seeking a Graphic Designer. This position may require occasional travel to our headquarters in Winona, MN, but can be based out of any Merchants Bank location in Minnesota or Wisconsin where office space is available.
This full-time position will be 40 hours per week generally working 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
This role is primarily focused on graphic design and email marketing (90%), with additional responsibilities supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives (10%) across all affiliate banks.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Requires a degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing software and Microsoft Office suite products. Must have excellent communication skills. Growth opportunities include leading creative projects and managing them end-to-end.
