Reporting directly to the Brand Director and working closely with our creative team, you will lead initiatives to produce impactful designs that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand's presence. The ideal candidate should specialize in apparel design. What You Will Achieve: Elevate Revive MD's visual identity, strengthening our brand across all marketing platforms. Drive enhanced engagement and recognition through visually compelling designs. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, significantly contributing to the marketing team's success. Inspire and lead by example, sharing your creative vision and enthusiasm for design. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content for print, digital, and physical mediums.
• Design apparel collections consistently that fits the brands image and are up to date on the latest trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage full project lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery of compelling designs that achieve project objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices, continuously injecting innovation into creative projects.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to align with strategic marketing goals.
• Customize designs for various marketing channels to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a robust portfolio of past work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional skills in photography and video editing are highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong passion for visual storytelling. Superb communication skills and adeptness at collaborative work. Proactive problem-solving abilities, open to feedback, and committed to iterative improvement.

Additional Information: This is an on-site role based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida; remote work options are not available.
