The majority of our students come to us for test prep, making your expertise essential to their success.What Youll DoDesign and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to each students goals and timelineIdentify student challenges and develop effective strategies for improvementTeach with flexibility and creativity, adapting to different learning stylesMaintain detailed session notes, including progress updates, challenges, and assigned homeworkCommunicate observations about student engagement and effort when neededCollaborate with the Rath Tutoring team and use our online tools effectivelyQualificationsBachelors degree in any field (advanced degree a plus)Strong GRE performance (325+ preferred) and/or significant GRE tutoring experienceExperience delivering engaging one-on-one tutoring (online strongly preferred)At least 35 years of teaching/tutoring experience or equivalent hoursExcellent communication skills, written and verbalDependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to student needsProficiency with Zoom, online whiteboards, and other digital tools for tutoringPreferred Availability (based on your time zone)At least 8 weekend hours (Sat 10am4pm, Sun 10am6pm)Consistent weekday availability MonThurs afternoons/evenings (Typically between 12pm8pm)Compensation & Perks100% remote work from anywhereFlexible scheduling with autonomy over your calendarRath Tutoring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
