About the Role:
La Valle Coastal Club is hiring experienced Group Fitness Instructors as independent contractors (1099) to deliver structured fitness classes to our members. This is not a W2 employee role. Instructors must operate independently and provide services under their own established fitness business.
You will manage your own schedule, methods, and materials while delivering high-quality fitness programming in a premier country club environment. This role is ideal for those who contract with multiple locations and are in business for themselves.

This is a 1099 contract role , not employment. You will not be supervised day-to-day, required to wear a uniform, or subject to club employee policies. The club does not guarantee a minimum number of classes or continuity of work. You are free to set your own rates (within reason), teach at other locations, and accept or decline opportunities as they arise.
