Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Hadoop, HDFS, Apache NiFi, Spark, Hive, and HBase (Metadata Management). Experience with security management tools such as Kerberos, Knox, and Ranger. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. At least 8 years of experience designing and architecting large centralized data repositories (Data Lakes/Data Warehouses/Data Marts). Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Hadoop and Cloud stack, including metadata, schedule, and security management. Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools like Talend and Kafka. Extensive experience in data modeling, ingestion, security, and governance. Strong technical leadership and team management skills. Creative and innovative mindset, capable of fostering a learning culture among millennials. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. Mentorship and thought leadership abilities. Stakeholder collaboration skills for understanding requirements and communicating solutions. Ability to enforce standards for data solutions to ensure maintainability. Subject matter expert providing recommendations to internal teams and clients. Experience interacting with IT and business stakeholders. Ability to prepare development estimates and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs. Provide technical guidance in software design and implementation.
