About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of International Student Recruitment to spearhead the development and execution of its global recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing data-driven, market-specific plans to meet international recruitment targets while ensuring a diverse and high-quality student body. This pivotal role involves leading a team of over 20 professionals, both in the UK and internationally, and requires a strategic, experienced individual with a proven track record in international student recruitment, particularly in major markets such as India and China. The Head of International Student Recruitment will also be responsible for managing a significant budget, building and maintaining international relationships, and driving global brand engagement in alignment with the company's internationalization strategy. Applicants for the Head of International Student Recruitment position at the company should be passionate about international education and possess the skills necessary for strategic leadership in a competitive global environment.
