Job Description-
• Create test artifacts based on the current release Medicare scope of work
• Perform benefit configuration for Medicare claim
• Submit Medicare claim in Health edge platform and claim results validation
• Debug claim reject issues and document reasons for rejection
• Work with Business team on claim scenarios reviews related to Cotiviti and ClaimsXten
• o Ensure effective management of test environments
Additional Information:
• Provide inputs to teams for training etc.-
• Identify the training needs and conduct internal sessions to meet the same
• Partner with client's academy to Create curriculum, assessments, training programs, courseware based on new service offerings / solutions etc.
• Update collateral on to the knowledge management repository
• Gain and cultivate domain expertise to provide best and optimized solution to customer
