Heavy Industrial Clean-Up Crewmember

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting and cleaning tasks in a demanding industrial environment.
• Perform clean-up tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
• Safely and efficiently perform heavy lifting tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
• Bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces to access and clean areas with heavy debris.
• Heavy manual labor using brooms to clear debris away from machinery.
• Maintain equipment to prevent any operational disruptions caused by debris.
• Adapt to challenging conditions and clean up debris from tight spaces.
• Will require heavy lifting and cleaning tasks in a demanding industrial environment.

• Adhere to strict deadlines and work efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during heavy lifting activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive bending, crawling, and lifting tasks for extended periods.
• Exceptional strength and stamina to handle heavy objects and debris.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Experience in heavy lifting, construction, or a similar physically demanding field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Pay Rate is $16 per hour
• 3rd Shift
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire
