Heavy Industrial Clean-Up Crewmember Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and cleaning tasks in a demanding industrial environment.
- Perform clean-up tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
- Safely and efficiently perform heavy lifting tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces to access and clean areas with heavy debris.
- Heavy manual labor using brooms to clear debris away from machinery.
- Maintain equipment to prevent any operational disruptions caused by debris.
- Adapt to challenging conditions and clean up debris from tight spaces.
- Will require heavy lifting and cleaning tasks in a demanding industrial environment.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and work efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during heavy lifting activities.
Qualifications and Skills - Physically fit and able to perform repetitive bending, crawling, and lifting tasks for extended periods.
- Exceptional strength and stamina to handle heavy objects and debris.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Experience in heavy lifting, construction, or a similar physically demanding field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Benefits/Compensation - Full Time
- Pay Rate is $16 per hour
- 3rd Shift
