Requirements:

• Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 3-6 months of experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
• Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and repairing fixtures and appliances.
• Responsibilities:
• Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of property grounds.
• Participate in maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
• Prepare vacant apartments for lease and new move-ins.
• Complete daily work order requests promptly and efficiently.
• Additional Tasks: Willingness to tackle other assignments as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
• Certifications: HVAC/EPA certifications are a PLUS
• Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.
