Key Objectives

• Accurately input and update data related to inventory, orders, and product details.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
  
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  
• Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies.
  
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
  
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to clarify data requirements.
  
• Manage workload to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably within the Food & Beverages or related industry.
  
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
  
• Good communication skills in English (US).
  
• Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with basic data entry principles and confidentiality protocols.
