The Homeland Security Planner series includes three levels: Planner II, Planner III, and Planner IV. Responsibilities vary slightly by level and depend on background and work experience. Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, documenting action items and decisions. Drafting agendas, meeting materials, and summaries for committees and working groups. Organizing and documenting outcomes of meetings and follow-up activities. Preparing reports, fact sheets, and documents on CBRNE and public safety topics. Assisting in the development and review of regional plans and policies. Supporting project work plans for committees and working groups. Drafting presentations and materials for stakeholders.
