Choice is seeking candidates for a Hospitality Recruiter role for a staffing company in New York City. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring employees for high-profile clients. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment and your deep understanding of the hospitality industry, you will identify and attract top-tier candidates who embody the standards of excellence synonymous with our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with hiring managers to define the recruiting needs of their departments, outline a hiring plan, and maintain communication on the status of the requisition.
  • Manage communication with candidates from first touch to onboarding.
  • Manage the onboarding process for candidates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable new hire experience.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding the company and its benefits.
  • Own the full recruiting cycle to include (scheduling interviews, phone screening, hiring manager follow-up, submitting offer letter requests, running background checks, processing new hire paperwork, communicating with candidates that were passed on, etc.)
  • Assist in hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with strong candidates even when vacancies are not currently open within the organization.
  • Actively and creatively post on social media hiring boards to build awareness of the company and its openings.
  • Actively and passively source applicants from job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Post open requisitions on job boards, and track for applicant flow.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Hospitality or restaurant recruiting experience preferred.
  • Understanding the importance of discretion and being able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
