What you’ll do:
• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, etc.).
• Partner with Product Owners to develop solutions, collect user requirements, and implement system enhancements.
• Collaborate with a third-party support team for configuration, data integrity, and system updates.
• Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for changes and fixes.
• Facilitate power user group sessions to provide training and updates.
• Stay informed about leading practices by engaging with the SAP SuccessFactors community.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS, preferably with SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Waltham, MA.
