OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR Department this summer 2025 in our Columbus, OH corporate office..

This internship will support our HR Leadership Team across OTC in a variety of projects within these areas:


•Payroll


•Talent Development


•Talent Acquisition


•Benefits


•Internship program support


•Employee Engagement Activities

Competencies:


• Comfortable using internet technology Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc


•Ability to learn and use HR technology (ATS system)


•Ability to take direction, and work autonomously


•Excellent written and interpersonal skills


•Comfortability in sharing thoughts, ideas, and questions

Degree Concentration applicable:


• Human Resources, Business Administration & Management, Communications, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Management & Organizational Development

•Foundational HR resources (offers, job descriptions, data collection, other HR functions)
