Imaging Program Manager – Remote (Contract to Hire)

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple clinical imaging technology initiatives in a healthcare setting.
This remote role includes managing 3–6 project managers while also directly handling key imaging-related projects.
Strong knowledge of imaging workflows, PACS systems, and EMRs like Cerner and Meditech is required.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring healthcare IT program leadership and hands-on project management experience.

• Location: Remote
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $80/hr
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 4 project managers working on Healthcare Imaging/PACS projects
• Manage your own portfolio of projects
• Work in the PMO of a large health systems

What Gets You the Job:

• 8+ years of Healthcare experience, with strong PACS project background
• Candidate must have project management experience with leadership exposure – experience leading teams of Project Managers
• A strong understanding of imaging workflows and PACS systems.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Cerner and Meditech, is important
