Position : Product Manager
Location : San Antonio / Austin / Dallas , TX (on-site)
Job Type : Contract

Our Client is a leading retailer in the Grocery and General Merchandise (GM) sectors, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are seeking seasoned Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of key systems that power our operations. If you are passionate about optimizing retail operations and have a proven track record in product management, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for experienced Product Managers to lead the development and management of product backlogs in the following areas:

1. Inventory Management (TIM)
2. Product Information Management (PIM)
3. Order Management (OMS)
4. Warehouse Management (WMS)

Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-impact features that drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Experience :

  • 5+ years of product management experience in retail, specifically in the Grocery or General Merchandise sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing product backlogs for large-scale systems.
  • Hands-on experience in the following domains: Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Order Management, Warehouse Management.

• Skills :

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the specific challenges in each domain.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

• Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
