We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our electrical systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to identify electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid electrician's license or certification.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Salary info:

$42 - $43 / hr
