**What You'll Do:**

* Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for a wide range of audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
* Utilize advanced AI technologies to innovate instructional design, personalize content delivery, and boost learner engagement.
* Develop interactive and compelling learning modules using industry-standard e-learning authoring tools.
* Apply expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment to create tailored training solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
* Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives through robust program and project management practices.
* Collaborate consultatively with stakeholders to pinpoint learning needs, propose strategic solutions, and champion continuous improvement.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross-functional team dynamics, and support the implementation of organizational learning strategies.
* Champion adaptability to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training and assessment.

**What You'll Bring:**

* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.
* Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI technologies for instructional design, content personalization, and enhancing learner engagement.
* Advanced skills in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools, with a proven portfolio of developing interactive modules.
* Prior experience in intake processes and/or change management initiatives.
* Expertise in conducting audience analysis and needs assessments to tailor training solutions effectively.
* A strong background in program or project management, encompassing planning, execution, and comprehensive evaluation of learning initiatives.
* Proven consultative experience, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for facilitating knowledge transfer, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting organizational learning strategies.
* A proactive ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.

Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects
* Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
* High Proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
* Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management
