Independent Insurance Agency seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of small to medium-sized commercial lines business. The agency will require the commercial lines account manager to respond to commercial client calls/emails about policy and coverage questions and consult with clients on policy changes. This account manager will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the producer.

• Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Restaurants, Retail, Property Management, Contractors
• Provide continuous client service for a commercial insurance book of business
• Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
• Market account renewals with minimal supervision
• Market new business accounts with minimal supervision
• Rate accounts online with various insurance companies
• Service account on day-to-day basis including processing renewals, issuing certificates, invoicing
• Serve as main point of contact for agency and provide expert risk management advice to clients

Requirements :

• Must have Independent Agency experience
• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent
• 2-3 Years’ Experience of Commercial or Personal Lines CSR work

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Applied Epic software
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
